Jimmy and his team Alex ,Kyle were professional,all work neatly done .Gave me multiple options but went with the one that was best for me. Blake had great communication on appointment time and Technicians arrival. Alex followed up later the evening of the replacement to check my satisfaction. This is rare today but is the culture of Bar D !! Look no further experience great service. Thank you guys !!

I requested an estimate for a direct water heater replacement and an estimate for going to a tankless water heater. Mr. Overrated came out last Friday and looked at everything and told me I would have the estimate late Sunday. I got a text notification that the work with Bar D has been finished on Wednesday. I responded that I was still waiting on the estimates. Jimmy D. The owner responded that he was addressing the situation. I received the estimate for the tankless shortly after this. I'm still waiting for the tank water heater replacement estimate and reminded them of that. It's now the next Friday and still no response. I liked the tankless estimate, but we just haven't decided which way we want to go. This lack of follow through isn't helping. I have received the estimate that I was waiting for, and have updated my review to 4 stars. I have 1 more company coming out next Friday for the last of 3 estimates before I make a decision. I want to thank Bar D Plumbing for being responsive on the weekend, which tells me that they are quick to resolve issues guarantee their clint is satisfied.

We are extremely pleased with Bar D Plumbing and Dalton Bass's service! They came out 1 day after requesting an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable and the work (replace 2 toilets) was completed within 2 working days. Dalton is very knowledgeable and professional, highly recommended. Great service! Alex G called to say he could arrive earlier, which worked out great. I had water leaking from the upstairs bathroom onto my kitchen ceiling. He located leak very quickly. He walked me through exactly what needed to be done. He was very honest, efficient and professional. The estimates are extremely reasonable compared to other plumbing companies. I know I will be calling them for any future plumbing needs!

We are very happy with Bar D plumbing! Dalton and his associate were very professional and polite. The new tankless hot water heater along with several other jobs were done all in one day. He also explained to me how the system worked and made sure ALL the faucets were running correctly with no leaks. We will definitely call Bar D plumbing again!

This morning I found out our hot water heater stopped working— we just bought a house not too long ago and I was on the verge of tears in stress. I called Bar D and everyone was phenomenal. We had Dalton as our technician, he was so informative, prompt, kind, and reassuring. I am an anxious person and I asked 1000000 questions and he answered all of them. He was professional, neat, respectful, and wonderful.

Had a leak inside home, turned out to be all 3 toilets. I called Bar D and Dalton came out to assess the situation within the hour. He was knowledgeable and extremely kind. We scheduled replacement of 3 toilets the very next day. I highly recommend BarbD Plumbing.

We had a major issue last month in our new house when our primary plumbing line seemed to be leaking and coming out of our walls onto our custom built ins. Alex G came out the next day to source the leak and after cutting into the walls and hiring another general contractor to remove the built ins, we discovered the Google Fiber tech drilled the jack into our main plumbing line and ran the fiber optic cord directly through the main pipe. Alex and the Bar D folks helped connect us with the contractor, ensured the damage from the water and mold was rectified and returned promptly to actually replace the section of the pipe that the Google Fiber tech destroyed. Alex ensured that we have clear documentation of the actual cause of the issue and have been so supportive as we navigate insurance and the claim against Google. We can’t recommend Bar D highly enough!
